Emails in Gravity Forms are customizable in the 'Notifications' editor.
By default most of the forms on UMW.EDU are automatically created using the site's "admin" email address - which is almost always webmaster@umw.edu. If this isn't changed, all of the notifications from the form will be sent to the web team instead of the intended recipient.

To correct this problem, go to Forms > Edit > Form Settings > Notifications > Admin Notification> change anything with {admin_email} to be the email address for the intended recipient.
